Spectrometer
Our innovative and secure measurement technology
for determining the value of precious metals
In the beginning, portable spectrometers only served to find outwhich material it was to prevent confusion.
Due to constant further developments and improvements, it is possible to perform, accurate and reliable measurements. The performance of the portable spectrometer equals those from static spectrometers used in laboratories.
Our X-ray fluorescence analysers have been specifically adapted to the dental industry and they use a camera. With the camera the material can be analysed in a targeted manner, no matter how small.
The spectrometer details the precious metal content of solids. We use spectrometers and analyse the metal residues free of charge on site in the presence of our clients. This analysis is used for the physical determination of major and minor trace elements.
The individual elements generate characteristic wavelengths. By measuring them it can precisely determine which elements are present in which concentration in the sample. The measurement takes place with a very high accuracy and is completed in a few seconds.
Our prices are then based on the precise determination of the actual content of gold, silver, platinum and palladium of the dental waste and not based on the approximate average of estimated values.
As a result, we pay the exact price for the fine weight of the precious metals based on the measurement results.

Our technicians are all radiation protection officers and receive regular training. The devices are inspected by the TÜV every five years and are 100% safe and accurate.We only require a small space to carry out the measurements. Even if the material is not cleaned, we can determine which metals are contained. Melting or cleaning beforehand isn't necessary.

The evaluation takes place at your location. Free of charge and without obligation. Our field representative will come to you by appointment. All our field representatives are vaccinated and, upon request, can provide a same-day negative COVID-19 test.Collection Box
For a clean and odorless collection of precious metal scraps, we offer you our free collection box. The box fits in any drawer. Starting from 20 mixed pieces or 10 gold pieces, we will gladly provide you with a free, non-binding offer using our spectrometer. You can request the box free of charge via the contact form. We send it by mail.Envelope
You have the option to send us your old crowns, bridges, and prostheses via a prepaid envelope. We will send you a prepaid envelope by mail. You place your dental scraps inside and fill out the accompanying form with your IBAN. Once we receive the dental scraps, we evaluate them at our facility in Saarbrücken and transfer the agreed amount to you by bank transfer. If you are not satisfied with the result, you will receive the items back in their original condition. Your advantage: contactless and without time loss.
